The GTA 6 trailer has been released, and all the fans of GTA have been busy finding every tiny detail about it. The GTA 6 trailer has already broken many big records, and the game will likely break even more records once it gets released. Finally, the leaks have come true, and we will be playing once again in Vice City. The protagonist details have also been confirmed: Lucia will be the first-ever female protagonist of the game. Alongside her will be her husband, Jason, who will handle many dirty tasks. As you may already know, Lucia is seen on parole in the trailer. So, we don’t yet know how many places she can’t visit. However, let’s focus on the bright side of the trailer and compare the GTA 5 map with the modern Vice City map.
GTA 6 Map Comparison
The GTA Vice City map is truly unbelievable. A Reddit user posted a comparison between the GTA 5 and GTA VI maps. According to the user, ‘Here is a size comparison I made based on DuPzOr’s newest revision of the VI map from the coordinates provided in the videos.’ They wrote, ‘The GTA V map is placed on the exact range of coordinates that it has in the game. I have accurately placed it to about +- 50 units in each direction on X and Y.’ In simpler terms, Grand Theft Auto VI’s map will be ‘over 2,300 rage units longer than GTA V’s map.’
Travel across Vice City
You can basically travel across Vice City. Previously, there was a rumor that we would get multiple airports. Given the size of the map, I think this information is likely true after all. GTA 6 is set to release on consoles; however, we’re still waiting to hear about its PC release date.
It’s fascinating to imagine exploring such an expansive world in GTA 6.
