Alan Wake 2 is all-set to release in October. However, this is not the only game releasing in that month. There is a bunch of games such as Spider-Man 2 and many other awaited games. But there is also another game that has not been officially announced yet, but has been making headlines for a while – Red Dead Redemption Remaster. This has made the Alan Wake 2 director a bit nervous. He almost begged Rockstar to not launch the game in October.
Not long before we see Red Dead Redemption Remaster
Red Dead Redemption Remaster has been leaked online several times. It was first seen on the South Korean board. Then a leaker claimed that it will be revealed soon. One more reason to believe it the planning of Take- Two.
The parent company of Rockstar plans to launch two remastered or ported games in this fiscal year (before March 31, 2024). One of them is believed to be a remastered version of Red Dead Redemption. It might come out between August and October this year. While, we also expect GTA IV to come out sometime soon.
However, coming back to our protagonist Alan Wake 2 director Kyle Rowley seems nervous. If the above information about Red Dead Redemption Remaster is true, it could come out around the same time as Alan Wake 2. This could affect Alan Wake 2’s sales and popularity.
This is what the Alan Wake 2 director said about Red Dead Redemption Remaster
I swear to god, if the rumoured Red Dead remastered comes out on October 17th. Don't you do it @RockstarGames. PLEASE! 🙏

Obviously, this Tweet is done in a jokingly manner. I would even say this a great promo Tweet. Talk about a trending topic, and get some of the heat. Anyways whatever it is, time is quite interesting for gamers.
October is full of games this includes Marvel Spider-Man 2, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. Hence, Alan Wake 2 despite RDR Remaster release will face fierce competition .
Alan Wake 2 is a sequel to the original Alan Wake, which was praised by fans and critics. The game tells the stories of Alan Wake and Saja Anderson from two different angles. The game will be available digitally on October 17 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Epic game platforms. For the latest gaming news, stick around NerdLad.com!
